£45k - £62k + car allowance and package
We are working with a regional contractor that were established nearly 80 years ago. They cover commercial, industrial and housing schemes throughout the North West. Their client base mainly consists of Blue Chip organisations and the majority of their work is secured via repeat business & negotiated works.
They are looking for a Site Manager to work under a PM, initially on an apartment scheme in Stockport on behalf of a local housing association. They need someone who is commercially aware to focus on internals, fire stopping, and M&E works. The company in question have a strong order book and can offer the stability of a long-term position.
You:
- Experienced Site Manager in the housing sector
- Commercially aware and has worked on complex schemes
- You'll need to hold a valid SMSTS & First aid to be considered for this role
- Based in or be able to commute to Stockport
