I’m working with one of the regions leading contractors who specialise in fit-out & refurbishment projects primarily for blue chips clients nationwide. They have built a solid reputation in the marketplace and the majority of their upcoming works are negotiated with key, existing clients.
They’ve asked us to source experienced Site Managers to work initially on hotels within the North West. They have upcoming projects in East Manchester & Lancashire ranging from £1.3m - £2.5m.
Ranging from 12 – 26 week build programmes, they can offer continuity of work for the right individual, especially if you’d consider working away after these initial schemes.
You’ll need to hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid & ideally a CSCS Card to be considered.
Rates will be around the £250.00/£260.00 per day mark and we can offer starts from early March.
