Site Manager - Permanent Position

Our client is an established Leeds based contractor, who deliver new build and refurb projects across sectors such as commercial, industrial, education and health

They are seeking to recruit a permanent Site Manager to lead an exciting £4m project for one of their key clients, located in Nottingham.

This position is particularly suited for someone residing in South Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong emphasis on managing  projects in the millions
  • Background in the Build sector with a robust understanding of site operations and management
  • Ability to manage and coordinate on-site teams while maintaining a keen focus on health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills, adept at managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, etc.)
