We are currently working with an established main contractor who specialise in fast paced retail fit-out schemes across the North of England and Scotland.
Due to a number of work wins, they are looking for experienced Site Managers, with a proven track record of delivering projects across the retail sector, ideally with high street supermarkets including Tesco, Asda and Co-op.
Site based on schemes throughout Scotland, these projects start in September running through until the end of the year, with possible follow on work and are typically 4-8 week projects which include fast track fit out and some extension work.
Hourly / day rate is negotiable but will be upwards of £260 day (plus lodge where required) and candidates would be expected to travel / lodge if not based within commutable distance to site.
