I am working with a family ran main contractor, who are renowned for delivering quality new build and refurb projects across sectors such as education, healthcare and commercial
They are a c£20m turnover contractor based in South Yorkshire and operate throughout the whole of Yorkshire on schemes to £10m
The ideal candidate will have a background working for a main contractor and a proven track record of delivering projects independently into the millions
Responsibilities;
- Overall responsibility for the successful completion of the construction programme
- Monitor delivery of the project, identifying risk and opportunities and working with key stakeholders to optimise project delivery
- Lead the delivery of construction works, ensuring compliance with all company processes and protocols
- Manage and develop the supervisory and engineering team
- Ensure that HS&E targets and KPIs are set and managed
- Work closely with the Commercial team to align targets and KPI's in line with budget forecast
Requirements;
- Have at least 5 years management experience with a main contractor
- Have a track record of running projects independently
