On behalf of my client, I am seeking a motivated and experienced SHEQ Advisor to join their team based in Wakefield.
Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement on their civil engineering projects.
Your primary focus will be conducting site audits, providing guidance to project teams, and supporting the SHEQ Manager in implementing company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – Essential.
- Membership with IOSH (TechIOSH or higher) – Preferred.
- Relevant environmental qualification (e.g., IEMA Foundation Certificate) – Advantageous.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar SHEQ role within the civil engineering or construction sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting site audits and inspections.
- Familiarity with ISO management systems and CDM Regulations.
