We are working with a multi award-winning company who have recently secured a large, mixed-use, high-rise residential and commercial development due to start on site at the end of 2024.

The Role:
They are now in a position to add to their Commercial team due to a number of recent, new project awards and a healthy pipeline of future work.
They want to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead this iconic, new build project that will be on site for several years.
The role reports in to a Commercial Manager who will provide ongoing support and will have a small but experienced team of Quantity Surveyors reporting in.
You will be involved in the project through pre-construction to gain a great understanding of the scheme and to be able to let subcontract packages, make orders etc in plenty of time and will then work closely with the delivery and technical teams to reach a successful commercial outcome on the project.
The role will be largely site-based
You:
They would like to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has previously been responsible for leading the commercial function of high-rise building/residential projects valued above £40 Million.
You will be based in or be able to commute to their office/sites in the North West of England.
You will be IT literate and contractually aware.
