Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS - Permanent Position - (£55k - £70k + Package)

The Company:

• We are working with an established developer come contractor who specialise in delivering eco-friendly city centre residential developments
• They are a company who have a keen ethos on sustainable working practices and are keen to recruit professionals who share this vision

The Role:

• They are looking to a Senior Quantity Surveyor to the team due to the start of the next phase of their development and a busy 2025 ahead.
• You will report in to a Commercial Manager who will provide ongoing support.
• The role will office based which is incorporated within their Leeds based development

You:

• You will be based in or be able to commute to their office in Leeds.
• You will be IT literate and contractually aware.
• They are open to recruiting an individual with a build or housing background.
• They want to recruit a QS who is adapt at running their own projects
