The Role:
They have recently secured a £60 Million new build, technically challenging scheme with a private client that they will start on site in early 2025.
They would like to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager who can help take the project through preconstruction and deliver it on site.
There will be lots of interaction with the client/their representatives, some value engineering and once on site you will be motivate and manage the site team, evaluating and influencing the performance of sub-contractors, creating and revising programmes, design team co-ordination, health and safety management, reporting to the regional board on progress, identifying and solving resource issues, chairing design and progress meetings with the site teams and the client.
