Project Manager - North East

The Project Manager requirement is due to continuous growth and a commitment to their existsting client base, they are seeking the best management professionals in the market to add real value to the operations team.

You will be taking ownership of projects from the pre-construction stage through to successful completion, displaying dedication, leading and inspiring teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction planning through to handover.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management.

What will you need:

  • A solid background in main contracting, with a proven track record of managing build or civils projects into the millions
  • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, reflecting commitment and reliability
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience across industrial, education, and commercial sectors is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, planning, and health and safety protocols
