The Company:
We are working with an Affordable Housing Contractor who are looking to take on a Maintenance Operative on a long-term freelance basis. They are a very profitable and cash-rich contractor, turning over nearly £40m, have high profit margins and have a healthy pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond.
The Role:
The role will be to resolve customer care issues across the Northwest, working within the residential housing sector. Prior experience in a trade or maintenance role is essential. The vast majority of customer care issues are related to Painting & Decorating flaws.
You will be working on sites across the North West.
You will some flexibility to plan your own schedule but will be required to attend the office 1 day a week.
Requirements / Reasons to Apply:
- You will have worked as a Maintenance Operative or a Customer Care Operative for a House Builder / Housing Association.
- You will be North West based and able to travel to sites across the North West.
- At least 3 years experiences working in named trade
- Full UK Driving license
- Multi skilled operative
- Ability to be flexible in relation to, hours of work
