Health & Safety Manager

We are working with a leading contractor whose North West Regional Office has created an excellent reputation for delivering interesting projects for leading blue-chip clients valued to £50 Million.

They have excellent relationships with their clients that means they enjoy a good proportion of repeat, negotiated business.

Their senior management team are dynamic, knowledgeable and very approachable.
 
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conducting health & safety audits/inspections, providing health and safety advice to teams on site and preparing reports.
  • Advising on the planning of upcoming construction schemes, identifying potential health & safety hazards and implementing solutions.
  • Reviewing Contractor’s RAMS and COSHH assessments and providing feedback to Directors.
 
Requirements/Reasons to Apply:
  • You will have worked as a Health & Safety Manager/Advisor for a Main Contractor.
  • Background in construction (previous experience in site operations, site management, or a related role is preferred).
  • Occasional visits to sites are required, so you must be prepared to work away 1-2 nights a week when necessary.
Benefits: 
£55-65k + car allowance + package
