The Company:
I’m working with a long established, leading fit out contractor who, due to recently securing a number of contracts, have asked us to source a Contracts Manager to oversee schemes across the North of England.
They have excellent relationships with their clients that means the majority of their work is repeat, negotiated business.
The Role:
They now want to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to help them deliver projects for their clients.
They work with a number of established clients in this sector so it’s a case of continuing the good work they’ve done with their client base and working with new clients too ensuring the quality of work is kept at the required standard.
They take on schemes valued up to £5 Million, that are fast paced with high standards aiming to minimise disruption to their clients’ operations.
The role is split between the office and visits to sites and clients where and when required - you will be responsible for managing your own diary.
You:
- They would like to recruit a Contract Manager who has experience of working on fit-out schemes, ideally in the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors.
- You will be based in or be able to commute to North West of England
- You will be familiar with Construction Contracts.
