Contracts Manager
Preston
£70k - £80k + car allowance and package
We are currently working with a privately owned, regional contractor who turnover £30m, and specialise in new build and refurbishments of hotels, student accommodation, commercial and residential works across the North of England, typically valued up to £15m. They secure the majority of their work through repeat business, frameworks and tender.
Due to recently securing a number of new schemes including high-rise residential and commercial projects, they are now looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee works on site.
Key Requirements Include:
- Contracts Management experience working on commercial, hospitality and apartment schemes.
- All work is in the North West, so you must be able to commute.
- Strong communication skills when liaising with clients and site team.
