Site Manager - New Build Luxury Homes

My client are a leading house builder with prestigious developments throughout Lancashire & the North West. Currently they are seeking to appoint an experienced housing Site Manager to join the organisation on a temporary basis for 4-8 weeks. The project in question is an executive development of 2-5 bedroom plots in Preston at varying stages. This role would suit a locally based Site Manager with experience running new build housing sites from commencement to completion.



Site Manager Job Description:

• Overseeing construction works on site ensuring H&S legislation is being adhered too
• Introducing potential buyers to the development and representing the developer in a positive light
• Ensuring a quality product is being delivered by both contracted & sub-contracted workforce
• Calling off materials as and when the site dictates
• Liaising and managing sub-contractors to ensure the programme is being adhered too
• All other reasonable Site Management duties



Site Manager Job Requirements:

• SMSTS, First Aid @ Work, CSCS - Black Card
• Experience managing new build Residential Schemes - Ideally from commencement to completion
• The flexibility to be able to start a contract immediately for a minimum of 4-8 weeks
