Site Manager - New Build Executive Homes - Ormskirk

My client are a well-respected house builder with a reputation for building quality homes that both they and their new owners can be proud of. Due to a push for year end they are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to take control of a prestigious development in Ormskirk. This site is well underway and on programme with 5 plots due for handover and another 8-10 at varying stages of build, this role would suit a confident housing Site Manager with the ability to autonomously run a busy development.

Site Manager Job Description:

• Liaising with clients and reporting progress, professional staff and the public
• Supervising contracted staff
• Meeting, inducting and managing Sub-Contractors
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control procedures

Site Manager Job Requirements:

• SMSTS, First Aid @ Work, CSCS Black Card
• The ability to commence a new role from the 16th May for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.
• Able to travel to and from Ormskirk on a daily basis.
