Site Manager: Permanent

A long established regional building contractor with an annual turnover of £30m seek to recruit a Site Manager to oversee Public Sector works in the North West up, running projects up to the value of £5m.

Key responsibilities

• Overseeing all trades.
• Responsible for Health and Safety.
• Ensuring quality of workmanship and adherence to best working practice.
• Involvement in the development of short term programmes.
• Planning of day to day material requirements and relaying information to site team.
• Working to programme and liaising with senior management to ensure timescales are met.
• Conducting progress meetings.

Experience / Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• CSCS Management.
• First Aid Certificate.

Summary : This role would suit a Site Manager experience within a number of sectors and in particular who has overseen projects from inception to completion. This is a great opportunity to join a Contractor who can offer a steady future workload.

Salary Guide: £40 - £45k + Car Allowance
