Site Administrator/Document Controller - Manchester

My client are a leading main contractor with an ever-growing presence in the North West. With a number of high profile schemes already on site and an exciting order book they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Administrator/Document Controller to work on a prestigious site in the City Centre of Manchester. This is a on-going temporary role but could be for the duration of the job (up to 2 years).

Site Administrator/Document Controller Duties:

• Management of reception areas; meeting & greeting all visitors to the site
• Answering calls to the site directing them to the right person/department
• Utilising 4Projects to file & update documents, providing system guidance to new users
• Assisting with Site Inductions registering contractors onto their systems
• Collation and distribution of the monthly client, H&S, contractors and board reports
• Handling the booking and preparation of all meeting rooms on site
• All other reasonable Administration requests

Role Requirements:

• Experience undertaking the Site Administration role, ideally with a working knowledge of 4Projects
• The ability to commence a new role immediately within the City Centre of Manchester
• Ideally gained experience within a larger main contractor
