Site Administrator
Our client is a family owned main Contractor with a turnover in excess of £50M. Working across multiple disciplines, including High Rise Residential, Student Accommodation and Leisure. They now seek to appoint a Site Administrator to assist with site activities.

Job specification : Site Administrator

• Undertaking all administrative duties as instructed by the Project Managers
• Assisting with Health & Safety documentation and processes
• Ensuring safe receipt and filing of incoming documentation
• Assisting with site inductions
• Ensure all correspondence is accessible, and where required provide documentation to the relevant departments
• Maintain quality documentation at all times
• Uploading, scanning and distribution of documents as necessary
• Arranging site meetings and taking minutes as appropriate

Experience / Qualifications

• Previous experience within a construction administration role
• Sound knowledge of all Microsoft packages
