Recruitment Consultant

Set up in 2001, MTR Partnership is an established recruitment consultancy focusing on the placement of construction professionals in both temporary and permanent employment. On the back of another successful year and a strong start to 2020, we are looking to strengthen our team in Leeds by taking on an experienced consultant who will take responsibility for managing one of our most profitable sections.

The Role
• We’re a smaller consultancy, so basically everything from preparing your candidates CV’s (you’ll get more of a feel for the candidate from this) through to chasing invoices.
• We’d also expect all the normal activities in-between from interviewing candidates to writing adverts and arranging client visits

The Person
• Experienced in recruitment, ideally within the construction industry
• Ambitious, self-motivated and hardworking, looking for a genuine opportunity to develop a career.
• Confident and outgoing character.
• Full clean driving licence with own transport.
