Customer Care Administrator

My client are a privately owned house builder with a number of exciting projects in the North West. As they continue to grow they are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Care Administrator who can also aid in the commercial administration within the office. This will be a varied role that will offer continued development and progression for the right person.



Customer Care Administrator Requirements/Reasons to apply:

• We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Administrator who can support homeowners in a supportive and caring way
• Working with the site teams, you will be a key part of the customer service function ensuring any defects/complaints are dealt with quickly & efficiently
• This will be a varied role and as such part of your time will be dealing with commercial administration (processing invoices, organising/filing documentation etc).
• A driving license will be required as the role may require site visits
