Our Client is one of the UK’s major housebuilders, working out of a region currently rated 5*.
Due to a re-structure and internal promotion, they are looking to add to their Senior Management Team with the appointment of a Contracts Manager.

They are keen to invite applications from existing Site Managers as they are keen to support and develop the right person in the role.

What does the job entail?

• Report on multiple house building projects on a regular basis.
• Manage construction teams in delivering a consistent service to time, safety, quality and cost.
• Regularly liaise with sub-contractors on site.
• General management to include all works are carried out, site visits and production of reports.
• Develop the Health & Safety Plan and ensure that it is maintained and complied with.
• Liaise with various regulatory bodies to ensure all legal requirements are fulfilled.
• Co-ordinate the full construction process, onsite and post construction through to customer sales and aftercare management.
• Day to day resource management and development of Site Managers and site operatives
