Commercial Administrator : Full Time : Permanent
This house builder is one of, if not THE most financially stable in the North West and as a result can offer you a secure role with the opportunity to progress. Based in Cheshire, they now seek to appoint an experienced Commercial Administrator to assist with the daily running of the Commercial Department.
•Support the Commercial team in all administration
•Assisting In the preparation and monitoring of cash flow forecasts for designated projects
•Providing and collating accurate reports as required by the Commercial Department
•Coordinating communication with external stakeholders as directed by Commercial Manager
•Ensure all data required from internal and external parties is chased in line with Commercial deadlines
•Make sure database is kept up to date with all relevant information as instructed by the Commercial Manager
•Arrange and attend meetings with Commercial Department, taking minutes and contributing as necessary
•Ensure the monitoring of contract progression, reporting on any significant changes that may have cost/time implications
•Ensure all necessary contract documentation / reports are accurate and produced on time
Qualifications / Experience
Suitable applicants will ideally be experienced Administrators with experience gained in the construction / housebuilding industries. You will be highly organised and able to prioritise your own workload. In addition, you will possess excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
