Our Client is a privately-owned North West based house builder who are renowned for their commitment to quality & customer service. They are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager to initally work on site in Stoke with a view of moving on to various sites throughout Cheshire. They are open-minded to experience levels and can offer continued development & progression to aid with career aspirations.

Job specification - Assistant Site Manager

• Working closely with the Site Manager on all aspects of the build
• Paying particular attention to finishing's of properties
• Liaising with NHBC inspectors with regards CML
• Customer hand overs and demonstrations
• Covering for Site Manager in his absence

Experience / Qualifications - Assistant Site Manager

• Previous housing experience is essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• CSCS Management
• First Aid Certificate
• An HNC or HND in Construction would be advantageous
