Our client is a Civil Engineering contractor based in Cheshire. With an impressive increase in workload and plans for expansion, they now seek to recruit an experienced Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Specification
• Answering a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Ensuring all invoices entered on to internal system
• Management of training matrix and bookings
• Assisting Health & Safety Managers with quality assurance paperwork
• Various other administrative duties as requested

Qualifications / Experience
Suitable applicants will have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including Excel. Previous experience within the Construction industry would be advantageous.
The position is set to grow for the successful applicant, with the chance to broaden skill sets and get involved in the office management.
