Our client is a Civil Engineering contractor based in Greater Manchester. With a recent increase in workload, they now seek to recruit an experienced Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Specification

•Answering a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately
•Meeting and greeting customers
•Ensuring all invoices entered on to internal system
•Management of training matrix and bookings
•Assisting Health & Safety Managers with quality assurance paperwork
•Various other administrative duties as required

Qualifications / Experience
Suitable applicants will have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including Excel. Previous experience within the Construction industry would be advantageous.
